I spun my wheels with acne, bloating, tight muscles everywhere on my body, beyond disconnected from myself, and my self-worth/self-esteem was at an all time low. At the bottom of it all were deeply rooted identity structures that created so much pain and turmoil that ended up manifesting in the physical body. Everything is SO tied together as we are multi-dimensional beings.
